Special Head, yep that's his name, Specialhead Wolverton, performs this crazy levitation act. What just happened here? I really can't wait to see what he does next.

I can kind of figure out how he did it but the act as a whole works. At first I thought is left arm was deformed because he doesn't move it naturally. Then after the trick I figured that he has some kind of brace around his body that runs down his arm and attaches to the staff. As far as the cane holding him up, it looks like there's some kind of base that is welded to a metal plate under the rug that he plugs the cane into.
